Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for commanding and directing the Superintendent of Police, Mirzapur (respondent no.4) to take appropriate action by considering the letter dated 12.07.2024 send by the respondent no.3 and to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that as the petitioners have moved an application for demarcation of his holding under the U.P. Revenue Code 2006. On the spot, the review team reached, on account of various villagers, the actual demarcation could not be ensured and accordingly, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lalganj, District Mirzapur has informed to the said concerned SHO, Handia, District Mirzapur vide communication dated 12.07.2024, appended as Annexure no.5 to the writ petition. He states that as there is law and order situation and in absence of police personnel no actual demarcation can be ensured, direction be issued to the SHO concerned to ensure law and order situation at the time of actual demarcation. He confines his prayer that application dated 27.01.2025 may be decided in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to issued notice to the private respondents but at the same time, we observe that in case revenue officials are seized with the matter and there is law and order situation, the Police Station concerned may provide adequate protection so that actual demarcation can be carried out. 5.
