Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure/Final Report has been filed in the matter, as evidence collected was not found sufficient to proceed against petitioners. Thus, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. After filing of closure report, nothing survives in this writ petition. 5.
