JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner: None For the State : None --- 02/20.02.2025 Nobody appears Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 166/24 arising out of Tatisilwai PS Case 53/24, for the offence under sections 137(2), 96 of BNS & Section 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner IV cum Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the 16 year old daughter of the informant, with the intention to marry her. From the impugned order, it transpires that the statement of the victim was recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish and went with this petitioner to various places and ultimately got married in Rourkela. It appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner IV cum Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with POCSO Case No. 166/24 arising out of Tatisilwai PS Case 53/24.
