As regards rest of the prayers, viz. prayers ‘b’ and ‘c’ are concerned, if so desired, the respondent may seek appropriate clarification from the petitioner for the same, and it shall be open for the respondent at their discretion to look into the same while dealing with the prayer in Clause ‘a’. 3. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 4. We make it clear that in case if the order is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open for him to approach afresh.
