The Court: This appeal is directed against a judgment and order dated September 17, 2024 passed by a learned Judge of this Court in IA GA- COM/5/2024, filed in CS-COM/122/2024 being a suit filed by the appellants herein. The appellants filed the application praying for leave to disclose certain documents mentioned in paragraph-5 of the application. The learned Single Judge dismissed the application. Hence, this appeal. 2 We are afraid that this appeal is not maintainable on a conjoint reading of Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Accordingly, without addressing the merits of the case, we dismiss the appeal and the connected application.
