He made representation dated 6th January, 2025 to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). Said representation remains pending and the administration is preventing him. 2. Mr. Ashutosh Diljan, learned advocate State Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, petitioner has no connection inasmuch as he has not disclosed any document to show his interest in respect of the school/property. 3. Petitioner is directed to make detailed representation disclosing his interest in the school and his intention of construction and repairs. If such representation is made to respondent no.2, said respondent will consider and deal with it. Result of the consideration be made known to petitioner within four weeks of the presentation made, enclosing, inter alia, certified copy of this order.
