A SREEKANTH REDDY(SC FOR ENDOW RS) 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not extending the time scale to the petitioner as Attender in the last grade service of the 3rd respondent temple as illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust, violative of Article 14, 19 8G 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to extend the time scale as Attender in the 3rd respondent temple and grant all consequential benefits including the monetary benefits and grant.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Subhasini, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3/temple forwarded a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner herein, namely Sri P. Venkata Kondaiah, which indicates that the petitioner died on 19.06.2021. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said factum of death. Moreover, till date, no application has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the petitioner on record. 4. In view of the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated, and the copy of the death certificate of the petitioner is made as a part of the record.
