This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 04.11.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.28955 of 2023. 2. A memo has been filed by Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, bringing to the notice of this Court that he had given no objection in the case on 29.05.2025 itself, however till date, the petitioner has not chosen to take steps to engage a counsel. 3. Since the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through her advocate, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner wants to pursue the matter further, she may file an appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
