arbitrary, unjust, Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation Principle of natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents herein to take action on my report dated 18- 11-2022 forthwith, further direct the 3rd respondent register FIR against the persons whom petitioner made complaint dated.18-11- 2022, as otherwise petitioner and his family members will suffer serious finance loss and hardship”
