The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 19845 of 2024. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 27.06.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per the instruction, he submitted that Chief Medical Officer, Mainpuri is not the competent authority to take decision, but the Chief Medical Superintendent, Mainpuri is the competent authority, who has taken decision in the matter vide order dated 29.04.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Chief Medical Superintendent, Mainpuri before appropriate forum on merits.
