It is the contention of the petitioner that her father-in-law namely Late Sri. Venkataramaiah Shetty had filed an application in Form No.50 in the year 1991 seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 03 acres 24 guntas of land in Sy.No.01 of Kurubarahalli village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District and the same is not considered till date. It is submitted that the petitioner also has given several representations that she continues to be in unauthorized possession of the said land and she is entitled for the consideration of the application filed by her father-in-law. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Malur Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such an application filed by the petitioner's father-in-law in the year - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39026 WP No. 25539 of 2025 1991 is pending consideration. If it is found that such an application was indeed filed by the petitioner's father-in-law and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before respondent No.5 Committee, the application along with his recommendation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, respondent No.5-Committee shall consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months thereafter and pass necessary orders.
