Prima facie, the payment of the money mentioned in the cheque after the institution of the complaint could have been used to produce the sentence imposed upon the accused and not for recording the acquittal as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Rajneesh Aggarwal Vs. Amit J. Bhalla (2001) 1 Supreme Court Cases 631; hence the leave is granted. The application stands disposed of. Cr. AST No. 391 of 2025 In view of the order passed in Cr. MP(M) No. 431 of 2025, the leave to appeal has been granted. Appeal be registered.
