1. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same once charges are ascertained and alleged eyewitnesses are examined. He, however, at the same time, prays that learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the ascertainment of charges.
2. Learned Addl. P.P. for State submits that there would not be any delay on their part and they would render due assistance and co-operation in this regard.
3. In view of the above, present application is disposed of, as not pressed.
4. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
5. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
