This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned letter dated 23.04.2025 issued by respondent no.1, Branch Manager, State Bank of India. 3. Upon hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the material available on record, we are of the view that this matter shall be better entertained by the Banking Ombudsman than by the writ Court. 4.
