JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 03-09-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 (Spl. Case POCSO No.88 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 366, 366(A), 376, 368, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6, 8, 10 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has left her house on her own will. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judege-VI-cum-Special Judge, (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad, District-Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
