2 / 3 10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent no 1 to 4 for issuing digital signed B-1 of 2025 of the Khasra no 559/1/M. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent no 1 to 4 for giving 2,000,00 lacs compensation for mental harassment and for creation of financial problems etc. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly further be pleased to pass any order that the honble court deems fit for the petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be granted. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is having land bearing khasra no 559/1/3 that is situated in village Khamtarai P.H. No. 25 tahsil and district Bilaspur. the petitioner sold 50 dismil land on 13/09/23 from above khasra no 559/1/M for her family livelihood. Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner is seeking sell remaining land 50 dismal but the respondent no 3 and 4 has removed digital sign of current B-1 by illegal manner, the petitioner made representation to the concerned authorities for issuing B-1 with digital signature but no response has been given as such the petitioner is being harassed by the respondents, looking to the all annexure, it is clear that the petitioner is entitled to obtain revenue record like digital singed B-1 etc from the office of the respondents. 3 / 3 Due to the act of respondent authorities, the petitioner has suffered mental torture and financial crises for not selling the land at high time. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that the respondent authorities shall issue the digital signed B-1 of 2025 for the land bearing Khasra No.559/1/M to the petitioner according to the provisions of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall proceed in accordance with law. 6.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands
