GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents no.2 to 4 to harassing the petitioner by calling to the police station to arrest the petitioner without registering the any crime against the petitioner and without any notice and without following the due process of law is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 14, 21 of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently 2 direct Respondents No.2 to 4 not to call the petitioner to the police station without any notice and without following the due process of law.” 2. Heard Sri T.Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without registering any crime against him. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Tahsildar has submitted a complaint to the police making allegation of forging some documents in the office of the Tahsildar. In that regard, for preliminary enquiry, the petitioner was called to the police station. As of now, no case has been registered against the petitioner and the matter is under enquiry. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
