Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. On a perusal of the order dated 13.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.4704 of 2024, it is revealed that the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur directed the second respondent to conduct a preliminary enquiry and, if any offences are disclosed, register the First Information Report.
