In Criminal Application (APL) No. 1172/2019 is filed by the wife for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, by which the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandrapur is modified and the present respondent/ husband was directed to pay an amount of Rs. 1,000/- each per month to the applicant/wife. 2. During the pendency of the present application, the respondent/husband died on 31/07/2024.
