Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said appeal was filed at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5 herein in the year 2018 and the appeal is not yet decided. 3. Having regard to the fact that the appeal was filed in the year 2018, the writ petition stands disposed - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32937 WP No. 17881 of 2024 of with a direction to respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub-Division, Bengaluru to hear and dispose of the appeal bearing No. R.
