Ganjhu, A.P.P. --- 02 / 17.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 393 of 2024 arising out of Jasidih P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 386, 290 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar. 3. On 12.11.2023, accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the Informant party due to the land dispute. 4. It was submitted that nobody had sustained injury in the said occurrence. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar in connection with S.T.
