This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:

to issue an order, direction, writ, more particularly Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in not taking any action on the petitioners complaint dated 18.01.2025 as illegal, improper, unjust and contrary to law and to consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.01.2025 and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that there are civil disputes between the parties, basing on the complaint given by Smt.C.Chandrakala, for the very same incident, a case in crime No.30 of 2025 is registered by respondent No.3, investigation is in progress, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Considering the submissions, since there is a statutory remedy available to the Petitioner under BNSS, 2023, Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law.
