Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that objections were submitted to the competent authority and the State of Haryana before the last date i.e. 05.03.2025. One of the objections has been marked as Annexure P-8. 3. The State of Haryana is yet to take a decision on the question of amendment and siting parameters of stone crushing units, therefore, the petition appears to be a little premature.
