This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition has been filed, inter alia, to direct the Respondents for initiating the process for conversion of the Flat No. B-1002, in Shree Ganesh CGHS Ltd., from lease hold to free hold. 3. A short affidavit has been filed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (hereinafter ‘RCS’) stating that in terms of letter dated 11th February, 2026 issued by the RCS, the Petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1 lakh to the PM Relief Fund. The Petitioner confirms that the same has been deposited. This is a digitally signed order. Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the meeting in the RCS office has been fixed for tomorrow i.e., 28th July, 2026. In view thereof, let the further process be carried out by the RCS after meeting the Petitioner on 28th July, 2026 and after verifying the credentials, the recommendations be made by the RCS within two weeks, for the enrolment of the of the Petitioner as a Member. The DDA shall, upon receiving the recommendation of the RCS, execute the allotment documents in favour of the Petitioner within one month. Thereafter the DDA shall also process the file for conversion from leasehold to freehold. 5. Petition is disposed of in these terms. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. 6.
