JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER I have heard Sri. Bhadrinath R., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Siddarth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 21.06.2024 issued by the respondent No.8-the Special Thasildar, Yalahanka Taluk, Bangalore (Annexure-A). 3. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, it is noted that the land in question has been granted to the petitioner as per the proceedings of the Regularisation Committee dated 13.06.2003, and a Saguvali Chit has been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26209 WP No. 33177 of 2024 issued in favor of the petitioner. Furthermore, the revenue records have been mutated, accordingly, in favour of the petitioner. 4. In view of these facts, since the grant of the land to the petitioner is undisputed, the impugned Endorsement at Annexure-A is not sustainable in law. Consequently, the impugned Endorsement dated 21.06.2024 (Annexure-A), issued by respondent No.8 – Special Tahsildar, is hereby set aside. 5. The matter is remitted to respondent Nos.6 to 8 to take decision in the matter after considering application that may be submitted online by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed.
