Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that there are nearly 57 complaints against the petitioner across the country and in that view, at this stage, the request of the Petitioners to defreeze the petitioners’ bank account is not tenable and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedies before appropriate forum, if so advised. No order as to costs.
