From perusal of the order-sheets it transpires that on 22.01.2019, it has been reported that the sole appellant has died and a weeks’ time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to take appropriate steps. However, till date no steps have been taken for substitution of the LRs of the deceased appellant. 3. On 11.06.2025 also time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to remove the default, however, the default has not been removed as pointed out by the Registry. 4.
