None appeared for the writ petitioner. 3. Sri R.Mallikaruna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on the earlier occasion on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation in Crime No.229 of 2018 of Eluru I Town P.S. and referred the case as ‘mistake of fact’ vide R.C.No.702/2023 on 15.12.2023. Further, the complainant in the said case died on 02.07.2020. 4. In that view of the matter, if the writ petitioner is having any grievance on the final report filed by the police, he shall approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary redressal. 5. In the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is clear that police registered F.I.R. and investigated into the case and later, laid final report vide R.C.No.702/2023 on 15.12.2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 4 6. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
