The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. 10.875 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the wheat field. As per paragraph – 3, petitioner No. 1 has got 3 criminal antecedent, out of which, 2 cases are of similar nature whereas petitioner No. 2 has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature. 4.
