Civil Writ Petition No.12128/2010, while dismissing the writ petition, the learned Single Judge observed as under:- “On the erstwhile date i.e. 15.5.2024, none marked appearance qua the petitioners. When the matter was called today, learned counsel for the respondents Ms. Mumal Rajvi submitted that the selection process qua the post of ‘Patwari’, issued vide advertisement dated 11.07.2008, has culminated as on date. Therefore, the lis in question does not survive. [2025:RJ-JP:8528-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-71/2025] None has marked presence qua the petitioners to refute the above said contentions. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this Court believes that with efflux of time, the selection process is already over. Therefore, the lis in question does not survive as on date. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the fact that the advertisement in question relates to the year 2008 and the appellant herein failed to produced any relevant document with regard to rejection order issued by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, therefore, no case is made out for interference by this court. In that view of the matter, the appeal is accordingly, dismissed. All the pending applications stand disposed of. (MANEESH SHARMA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J MAHIMA/MG/50
