respondents herein to remove the soil mound erected/deposited above the concrete bund (kaluju) in the water tank situated in Sy.No. 71-2 of Aadhavaram Village, KVB Puram Mandal, Tirupati District, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 26.12.2024 and 23.12.2024 and to pass such order...” The petitioner is the absolute owner of the lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.0-23 cents in Sy.No.70-2, Ac.0-54 cents in Sy.No.70-3, Ac.0-30 cents in Sy.No.70-4, Ac.1-01 cents in Sy.No.70-5, Ac.0-17 cents in Sy.No.70-6, Ac.O- 19 cents in Sy.No.70-7 of Aadhavaram Village, KVB Puram Mandal, Tirupati District. The petitioner is cultivating paddy and other crops in the aforementioned lands. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 6*^ respondent, without notice to the adjacent farmers, have deposited substantial amount of soil and mud exactly above kaluju/concrete bund in the water tank, creating a mound approximately 5 feet high, obstructing the natural flow of water, due to which the petitioner’s agricultural lands are submerged.
The petitioner has made several representations before the authorities to remove the soil mould and to prevent damage for his agricultural lands. Since orders are not passed on the said representations, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3. The matter has been adjourned for instructions. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents vide letter dated 23.04.2025, have inspected the tank and duly engaged the machinery for removal of earner mound over and above the crest. The instructions submitted by the respondents are placed on record. 4. N 1 Recording the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. j.
