the respondent finance company in pursuance of the orders Dt.25.03.2024 in I.A.No.1153 of 2024 in S.A.No.108 of 2024 without appreciation of the bona-fides of the petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary and against the principle of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to grant reasonable time for fulfillment of the orders Dt.25-03-2024 in I.A.No.1153 of 2024 in S.A.No.108 of 2024 passed in Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal at Vishakhapatnam.

ORDER:
Sri Sunkara Charan, learned counsel represented on behalf of the
learned counsel for the petitioner on record and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with the same cause of action and the same is also endorsed on the bundle.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
