This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following direction: “1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ(s), direction(s), order(s) to the respondent authorities to decided the Revenue case no.609-B/121/2009-2010, pending before the Tahsildar, Ramanujgan, District Blarampur Ramanujganj Chhattisgarh, in the interest of justice. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that petitioner has filed the revenue case (bearing No.609-B/121/2009-2010) before the respondent No.6/Tahsildar for the purpose of allotment of the land, which is still pending for consideration since 16th March 2010, hence, this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to consider and decide the revenue case within an stipulated time frame. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing 3 respondent No.6 to consider and decide the pending revenue case No.609-B/121/2009-2010 in accordance with relevant rule/law/regulation within an outer limit of ‘90 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
