This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particular in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 1st and 2nd Respondents in entertaining, registering and initiating proceedings in FIR.No.361/2021 dated 23.06.2021 on the file of the 2nd Respondent P.S, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. 1860 as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the proceedings in FIR.No.361/2021 dated 23.06.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent P.S and pass…”
2. Heard Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents are referred to arbitration and in that light, the cases which are pending between the parties are withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
