Borthakur, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. The applicant/petitioner filed the connected criminal petition (Crl.Pet./54/2020) praying for quashing the proceedings of PRC Case No.583/2019 pending in the court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari. 3. Mr. Muktar has submitted that trial has already been completed and by the judgment dated 18.07.2023, the applicant/petitioner is acquitted. A copy of the judgment has been filed in support of his contention. 4. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the present application has become infructuous.
