GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in assigning the house site pattas in Survey Nos.34/15, 34/6, 34/7 and 34/8 in an extent of Ac.2.01 cents situated at Narayana Gajipatiraj Puram Village, Gajapati Nagaram Mandal, Vizianagaram District, for the landless poor persons under the scheme of Navaratnalu abutting to the petitioner’s rice mill situated in Sy.Nos.35/14 and 34/16 of NGR Puram Village. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter of the 3rd respondent submits that the subject land is a Government land but it is not used for the above said welfare scheme. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioner makes any representation to the authorities concerned, the same shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law, giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and upon verification of the records and the subject land an appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
