Hon'ble Shri Justice Sachin Singh Rajput Order on Board 19/12/2025
1. After arguing for sometime Shri Choubey, Advocate submits that the Civil Suit No.615A/2022 filed by the petitioner before the Principal Juidge, Family Court, Bilaspur (C.G.) may be directed to be disposed of within a reasonable period of time.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
3. Perusal of the records indicates that the civil suit seeking dissolution of marriage by the petitioner was filed in the month of July 2022. It appears that ex-parte decree was granted which was set aside by the Family Court in miscellenous case No.26A/2024 vide its order dated 20/03/2025. It appears that the suit is still pending for consideration.
4. In view of the above, it is observed that the learned Family Court would make all endevours to dispose of the pending civil suit expeditiously without giving unnecessary adjournment. ASHISH TIWARI Digitally signed by ASHISH TIWARI Date: 2025.12.23 12:19:19 +0530
