At the time of hearing, learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties have handed over a memorandum of understanding cum settlement signed by the decree-holder and the judgment debtor and their Advocates on record. An authenticated copy of the said memorandum of understanding cum settlement agreement duly signed by the learned Advocates-on-record of the decree-holder and the judgement- debtor is also filed. 2. It is submitted at the Bar that the disputes between the decree-holder and the judgement-debtor have been settled out of Court in terms of the agreement as filed today. 2 3. In view of such, EC/61/2021 is disposed towards full satisfaction of the decree. 4. The authenticated photocopy of the agreement as filed today be kept with the record. 5. The original of the same is returned to the learned Advocate for the judgement-debtor. 6. Receiver as appointed in connection with the instant execution case is hereby discharged. 7. Receiver is further directed to handover the possession of the attached office space to the judgement- debtor, preferably, within seven days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order. 8.
