The CRP vide CRP No.36 of 2025 has not been admitted as yet. 3. At this state, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed an I.A. for conversion of the CRP No.36 of 2025 to a SAO under Order 43, Rule 1(u) of the CPC, 1908. 4. As the CRP No.36 of 2025 has not been admitted as yet, for which, there is no impediment under law for conversion of the same to a SAO. 5. Hence, the I.A. filed by the petitioners is allowed. 6. The Registry is directed to convert the CRP No.36 of 2025 to a SAO and place the matter before the appropriate assigned Bench for necessary orders. Page 2 of 2. 7. Due to conversion of this CRP to a SAO, the CRP has no entity. Registry shall not put up this matter henceforth before this Bench.
