The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the case basing on the complaint dated 12.02.2023 made by the petitioners. 03. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the police had received the representation dated 12.02.2023. Though the petitioner was called to the police station to pursue the issue, he did not turn up. Since it appears to be a financial dispute between the parties. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) would submit that the court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police by furnishing the necessary information to pursue his complaint in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
