Application No. 14 of 2022 filed by the Defendants/Respondents no. 2 & 3 for setting aside the order dated 22.10.2021 and decree dated 09.11.2021, within stipulated period." In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Judge, Small Causes Court, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
