This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th Respondent and the 6th Respondent not to summon the Petitioner and his family members to the Police Station except in accordance with law including the provisions of CrPC and declare the action of 5th Respondent in summoning the Petitioner orally and forcibly to the Police Station is a violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and also direct the Police Officials to follow the Standing Orders 322-1 of Andhra Pradesh Police Manual and not to Interfere in the Civil disputes of tie Petitioner.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Police are not calling and not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. None represented for the Petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to summon the Petitioner to the Police Station, in the absence of any crime registered against him and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
