Mr. Niraj Kumar Sharma, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is facing obstruction in getting connection of his sewer pipe to the main sewer line. On query he refers to report (dated 30th January, 2025) of the Executive Engineer, in respect of complaint made to the portal. He submits, report is that the work of connection was obstructed by two persons. He seeks direction upon respondent no.2 for ensuring the connection to be made by Jal Nigam. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhaya, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, Jal Nigam, Jaunpur has not been made party. 3. Jal Nigam, Jaunpur is added as party. Petitioner has leave to cause the amendment in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master. Petitioner will then serve certified copy of this order on added respondent no.3 along with copy of aforesaid report dated 30th January, 2025. On receiving the communication, added respondent no.3 will take steps for connecting petitioner's sewer pipe to the main sewer line/drain. For the purpose added respondent may seek assistance from respondent no.2 to remove any obstruction in providing the connection. Respondent no.2, on request for assistance, will verify claim of persons seeking to obstruct and thereupon either provide the assistance or pass written order as to why it will not be given.
