Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPMS No. 1075 of 2023 alone are being considered. 6. Petitioners were studying in Class XIth and Class XIIth in Lucent International School, Dehradun, which is recognised by Central Board of Secondary Education, during Academic Sessions 2022-23 & 2023-24. 7. CBSE withdrew the recognition for 11th & 12th Standards, therefore, petitioners had approached this Court seeking a direction to the Authorities to shift the petitioners to some other school recognised by CBSE. 2025:UHC:8148 8. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petitions have become infructuous, as the relief sought was in respect of Academic Sessions 2022-23 & 2023-24 and all the petitioners have qualified 12th Standard from All India Senior Secondary School Examination (12th conducted by CBSE). 9. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are dismissed, as infructuous.
