This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the delay in disposing of E.P.No.10 of 2024 in O.S. No. 83 of 2013, pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru. 2 (RNT,J C.R.P.No.286 of 2025) 3. The petitioner/plaintiff filed O.S.No.83 of 2013 for the note dated of Rs.92,500/- based on a promissory recovery 22.08.2005, wherein the defendant had agreed to repay Rs.60,000/- with interest at 25% per annum. The suit was decreed on Subsequently, the petitioner/plaintiff/decree holder filed E.P.No.10 of 2024 to execute the decree, which is pending. 21.03.2014.
