JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing to consider the representation given to the Respondents, the representation dated 17-04-2021 vide Annexure-M; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35987 WP No. 17001 of 2025 and directing to consider the representation given to the Respondents, the representation dated 17- 07-2021 vide Annexure-N; ii) To pass any orders or direction such other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the above case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard Sri. Raja L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. K.S. Bheemaiah, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 4, Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned HCGP appearing for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 23.11.2021, the State has admitted certain facts with regard to the acquisition of the land belonging to the petitioner. Subsequent to the said act, it transpires that the petitioner has given plethora of representations to the respondents seeking compensation for the acquisition of the lands of the petitioner. The representations have not met its consideration. Non-consideration of the representations has driven the petitioner to this Court in the subject petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35987 WP No. 17001 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the representations of the petitioner would be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed thereon. 5. In the light of the said submission, without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the order so passed to the petitioner.
