Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the Contemnor-Opposite Party. 3. Alleging non-compliance of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.19132 of 2025, the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing the present contempt application. 4. Learned counsel for the Contemnor on the other hand contended that the order has already been complied with. 5. In reply to the same, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the interest as is due and admissible for the delayed period has not been paid. 6. However, on a perusal of order dated 16.07.2025, this Court Page 2 of 2. found that there is no direction with regard to payment of the interest for the delayed period. Therefore, the Petitioner cannot strictly be proceeded against for the contempt of this Court’s order. 7. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh by filing a fresh writ petition, in the event he is entitled to interest for the delayed period of payment.
