1. Admittedly, the petitioner superannuated from BCCL (Bharat Coking Coal India Limited) on 31.07.2024 and it is also admitted that the petitioner has received his Provident Fund and Pension. We noted that the Provident Fund and Pension are paid by the CMPF authorities on recommendation and forwarding of necessary documents by the BCCL (Bharat Coking Coal India Limited).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not been paid Gratuity, Leave Encashment, settling allowance and yearly bonus etc.
3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, I am not incline to keep this matter pending.
4. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach respondent no. 4, General Manager, Putki Balihari Area, Bharat Cocking Coal Limited within a period of three weeks from today. If it is found that the petitioner is

entitled for the aforesaid monetary benefits, the same should be disbursed to the petitioner within a further period of four weeks thereafter. If any part of the claim is rejected for any reasons, the reasons thereof, shall be communicated to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
