JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The RPFC is filed against the interlocutory order whereby the Family Court had granted the maintenance of an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month to the wife from the date of filing of the application till the disposal of the main petition. 2. The office has raised the objection with regard to the maintainability that in the light of Section 19(4) of the Family Court Act, 1984, the RPFC is not maintainable. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo to permit to convert the RPFC into a writ petition. 4. The memo is taken on record.
