Peoner has come before this Court under Secon 483(3) read with Secon 528 BNSS, 2023, seeking cancellaon of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 08.04.2025 passed in CRM-M-49415-2024.
2. Peoner- complainant seeks cancellaon of bail for violaon of paragraph 13 of
order dated 08.04.2025, the reason explained for cancellaon is that the accused had threatened the complainant.
3. However, on a query from this Court that whether any complaint was filed or police was informed qua that threat, on this Complainant's counsel could not bring on record evidence qua that fact. The Complainant's counsel further submits that respondent in the present case did not join invesgaon on this, State counsel on instrucons submits that they had joined invesgaon on 28.02.2025.
4. Given above, no ground is made out to issue noce to respondent to cancel bail as such, the present peon is dismissed. Pending applicaon(s), if any, stand disposed of. 14.05.2025 (ANOOP CHITKARA) renubala
